This realistic looking toy violin plays 8 melodies. It's operation is slightly more complex than some toy violins so read the directions that accompany the product carefully.
Please note that 2 strings must be touched by hand (with or without the bow) to make sounds -- touching with bow alone will not make sounds.
There are 3 different buttons on the back of the violin.
When you press the top or bottom buttons the strings must be touched by hand to make sounds. The violin will play in key according to the strings being pressed.
Press the middle button and the violin will play songs on its own without pressing or drawing the bow across the strings.
