The Ovation iDea is the first and only guitar to feature digital MP3 recorder/player. Integrated into the onboard Ovation preamp, the device provides a fast and easy way to record musical phrases, vocals, and commentary-even entire songs-using your guitar. A spruce top and modified bracing gives the CC54i iDea ample projection and solid tone. Ovation's classic Mid-Depth composite body delivers balanced acoustic tone and is comfortable to hold and play. The iDea's slim neck has an electric-style profile, 20 hand-finished nickel-silver frets, and low factory-set action, and a cutaway insures easy access to the entire fretboard. Wave Port soundholes set the iDea apart from Ovation's other soundhole designs, and the "i" inlay at the 12th fret adds a distinctive touch to the rosewood fretboard.
